Grilled BBQ Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Whole Chicken
1 tbsp Rosemary Leaves
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Mustard Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Herbs
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Maggie Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
BBQ Sauce
Instructions:
1. Clean and wash chicken then cut in half. Pat it dry with paper towels then set aside.
2. Combine all the dried spices for the chicken dryrub in a small bowl.( rosemary leaves, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic herbs, paprika, mustard powder, black pepper, brown sugar)
3. Combine garlic, maggie soy sauce and lime juice, mix well until combined
4. Rub the soy sauce mixture all over the chicken, then rub the dry rub spices to the chicken.
5. Place them in the pan then cover with plastic and leave in the fridge overnight. (For best result marinate the chicken for 3 days)
6. After marinating the chicken, Preheat the grill to medium heat to make sure it is ready to evenly cook before adding your chicken.
7. Brush with store bought BBQ Sauce both sides. The first 15 minutes will brown the outer skin and the next 20 to 30 minutes will finish the cooking process.
8. Place the chicken in the grill with the skin side down and grill for 15 mins. Turn it over continue basting. Turn heat to medium to high heat then cook for another 20-30 mins to completely cook the chicken.
9. Serve while its hot. Enjoy!
