2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
100 g spinach
1/4 cuo water
1 handful fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1cup shredded cheese or feta cheese
