INGREDIENTS:
STEAM MEAT
1 1/2 lb Beef
1/2 size chopped Onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Black
1 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp salt
JOLLOF RICE INGREDIENTS
8 cups of Jasmine Rice
4 Whole Carrots
3 Red Bell Peppers
1 Orange Pepper
1 Green Pepper
3 Red Onions
4 habanero peppers
1 Bunch of Scallion
3 Thumb-size Ginger
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary or dried
1 tbsp fresh thyme( dried)
6 leaves of fresh basil
1 Beet Root with red stem
10 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup water to steam vegetables
1 tbsp Beef seasoning
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Ground Aniseed
1 tsp Ground Coriander
