Potato wedges is one my favourite potato snacks ever. And there are a thousand different ways you can make them and they all taste delicious! This particular variant of wedges is garlicky and delightful. These are not fried but oven baked. Do give them a try and leave a comment below if you love them as much as we do.
Ingredients –
3-4 large Potatoes
Chilled Water or ice cubes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic grated
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Cheese for garnish optional
Coriander leaves optional
