These delectable garlic mushrooms are served in butter and herb sauce, a staple side in any restaurant, bistro, pub or steakhouse, and a huge favorite all over the world. The perfect 10 minute side dish that goes with almost any meal.
My version of pan seared Garlic Mushroom is a little extra with flavors. As I added couple of extra ingredients to regular garlic mushrooms to get the BEST flavor.
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbs chopped
1 pound (500 g) Cremini or button mushrooms
2 tablespoons red wine (optional)
1 tsp Smoked paprika
2 tbs fresh parsley leaves chopped
2 tbs chopped fresh chives
1 tbs garlic minced
2 tbs lemon juice
half lemon rind
Salt and pepper to taste
cherry tomato
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes).
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
Add other ingredients and Sauté.
Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, to reduce slightly.
Stir through chive, 1 tablespoon of parsley. Cook for a further 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Season generously with salt and pepper (to your taste).
Sprinkle with remaining chives and serve warm.
