Hi I’m Elisa, the Gay Chef. Here is a nice and easy recipe for making Garlic mushrooms. It’s quick, simple and excellent if you making a few tapas for friends!
INGREDIENTS:
Mushrooms
Garlic
Small pot of water
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
Fresh parsley
Pepper
Paprika
METHOD:
1. Heat a small pan with the butter and olive oil
2. Chop your mushrooms to the size you would like and add them to the pan
3. While they are cooking chop up the fresh parsley and garlic
4. After a few minutes and once the mushrooms have absorbed most of the olive oil and butter, add a little water to the pan. You can also add a little wine at this point.
5. As the liquid starts to bubble add your garlic and fresh parley and stir everything together
6. Add some pepper and also a little paprika
7. Leave cooking for a couple more minutes until the juice starts to slightly thicken, then serve.
