Garlic Mushroom Pasta Shells || Easy dinner in 15 minutes

This is an Easy dinner recipe that can be made in 15 minutes with very few ingredients.

Butter- 2-3 tbsp
Minced garlic- 1 tsp
Chopped onion- 1/3 cup
Mushroom slices- 2 cups
All purpose flour- 3 tbsp
Thick cream or milk- 1 cup divided
Pasta shells-1 pack
Salt- as needed
Paprika powder-1/4 tsp
Italian spices-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Water

Heat 2-3 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and salt. When onion gets tender add 3 tbsp of flour. Sauté and mix well in low flame for 2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of cream or milk to this and when it starts to boil , Add 2 cups of chopped mushrooms.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup of water.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 5-8 minutes.

Meantime boil water with salt and cook 1 pack of pasta shells in it.
When the mushrooms are half way cooked add 1/4 tsp of paprika powder (optional) and Italian spices. Cover and cook again. When they get fully cooked add 1/4 cup of cream or milk to loosen.
Then drain pasta shells and mix with the sauce. Add pepper powder and chopped basil leaves. Serve hot!
