I USE TWO BIG SPARE RIBS THAT BOTH WEIGHTED ABOUT 10 POUND APROX.
FOR THE MAC AND CHEESE:
recipe for 6 servings
12oz. elbow pasta
2c. half and half
6oz yellow american cheese
6oz white american cheese
1/4t white pepper
follow the video for the cooking process.
FOR THE BBQ SAUCE:
recipe will make 2 cups
2cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1tblspoon honey
1tblspn cajun spice
1tblspn chili powder
1tblspn paprika
1tblspn garlic powder
1/4tspn turmeric powder
1tblspn molasses
1tblspn worcestershire sauce
1/2cup apple vinegar
2oz water

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PORK RIBS RUB
I made enough rub for the 2 big racks:
1oz black pepper
1oz garlic powder
2oz cajun spice
2oz kosher salt
2oz brown sugar
follow the video for seasoning process
FOR BBQ PINTO BEANS
About 4 cups:
I cooked the pinto beans ahead of time and I used a pressure cooker to make them, then I just added some of the bbq sauce I made along with fresh onions to give them the perfect flavor.
you can use pinto beans in a can if a pressure cooker is not available.
