1. Sauteed chorizo a la riojana sauce:
– olive oil
– garlic and onion
– chorizo
– salt & pepper
– bay leaf
– sweet paprika
– white wine
– fresh grated tomatoes and tomato sauce

2. Pisto Manchego
– olive oil
– garlic and onion
– egglant, colored bell peppers, zucchini
– salt & pepper
– bay leaf
– sweet paprika
– white wine
– fresh grated tomatoes and tomato sauce

Fried Tofu
– Tofu
– salt & pepper and flour
