Today I am sharing with you a unique recipe of Fried Prawns and Prawns Pakora. I hope you will enjoy this recipe. Today I will also take you to visit an iconic market of Cambodia. I hope you will like recipe and video.

Ingredients for Fried Prawns

Prawns: 750g
Oil for frying
All Purpose Flour: 4 tbsp
Rice Flour: 4 tbsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
Paprika: ½ tsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Water: As per required

Ingredients for Prawns Pakora

Gram Flour: 6 tbsp
Red Chilli: 1 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Lemon Juice: ½ tsp
Carom Seeds: ¼ tsp
Parsley: 1 tsp
Water: As per Required

Instructions for Fried Prawns
1. Season Prawns with Salt and Pepper, keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above into a bowl and make the batter with water, gradually pour the Water, the Batter has to have a medium consistency, not very thick or thin.
3. Heat up the Oil, coat Prawns nicely with the batter and fry them for around 2 minutes.

Instructions for Pokara Prawns
1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above for the Pokara Prawns into a bowl and make the batter with water, gradually pour the Water, the Batter has to have a medium consistency, not thick or thin.
2. Heat up the Oil, coat Prawns nicely with the batter and fry them for around 2 minutes.
Now your 2 different types of Prawns are ready to Serve with your favorite dip.
