How to make Fried Pepper steak with mashed potatoes. This recipe was proposed by one of my Subscribers and a Friend .
It’s Pretty easy to prepare and requires very few ingredients.

Ingredients:
-1/2 Kg Mutton or goat meat
-Potatoes any amount
-2 Sliced Tomatoes
-2 Chopped Carrots
-2 Diced onions
-1/2 Chopped Capsicum
-Fresh chopped Coriander
– Grated garlic
Spices
-Black pepper
-Rosemary
– Dark soy sauce
-Spanish Paprika
-Bay leaves
-Beef Masala
-Cumin seeds
