Bluff City Recipe-

The Brine
8 Cups of water
8 Tbsp salt
8 Tbsp brown sugar

Wing Sauce
4 cups franks hot sauce
1 cup roasted pineapple habanero
1 cup brown sugar
5oz tiger sauce
Juice of 1 lime

Bluff City Wing Rub
½ cup paprika, 2 Tsp salt, 2 Tbsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp onion powder,

Instructions

Brine chicken wings for 3 hours
Preheat oil to 350~
Pull chicken wings out of brine and pat dry
Coat in cornstarch
Coat in rub
Fry wings for 12-15 minutes
Add more rub
Sauce and serve
