This is the best fried chicken you will ever taste and you can cook it right in your kitchen!!! Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 whole chicken (I used grass fed)
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1tbsp dry jerk seasoning (use another tbsp all purpose if you do not have this)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
9 pimento seeds
Season flour with the following
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp all purpose
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 – 1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
**Note if you have a thermometer heat oil to 350 deg
