1 sdm garlic powder
1 sdt Lada Putih bubuk
1 sdt Garam
1 butir jeruk nipis

Bahan pelapis kering :
450 gram tepung terigu
150 gram maizena
2 sdt bubuk paprika
1 sdt Kaldu bubuk non msg
1 sdt thyme
1 sdt rosemary
1 sdt bubuk oregano
Pelapis basah :
1/2 bagian Bahan pelapis Kering
1 butir telor
sejumput garam
250 ml Air
1 sdt Baking soda
