Haven’t been out since the lockdown, so this tiny errand day was exciting for me! Will also begin these “Fridays With Cess” day-in-my-life vlogs, (uploads will be on friday’s, even if this was filmed on another day of the week) because I’ve been enjoying it so much, and I also noticed that you guys enjoy watching it too!

BURRITO RECIPE (Beef & Sriracha Rice, around 10 wraps)

For the recipe that I exactly did (and tasted like army navy’s), you may find it below:
INGREDIENTS
Sriracha Rice:
– 1 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)
– 500g tomatoes (8 medium, diced)
– 3 tsp smoked paprika
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 3 tbsp sriracha
– salt
– pepper
– 1/4 cabbage (strips, smaller than what I did)

Beef:
– 1 onion (diced)
– 1/2 kg ground beef
– 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
– 2 tomatoes

Wrap:
– 10 burrito wraps
– cheddar cheese (as desired, around 250g is good)
– chopped coriander (as desired, use leaves only)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the first pan/wok, heat the oil and add the diced tomatoes. Cook until soft.
2. Add the rice, smoked paprika, ground cumin, sriracha, salt, pepper, and
cabbage. Mix well and transfer in a plate/bowl.
3. In another pan/wok, heat the oil and add the onions. Wait until they’re slightly brown.
4. Add the beef and garlic. Once the beef is brown, add the salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
5. In the same/another pan, heat the wrap until it’s golden brown. You may choose to skip this step if you prefer to heat the burrito in the oven afterwards.
6. In a plate, put the wrap and add in the rice, beef, cheddar cheese, and coriander. Ensure that the content is far from the ends of the wrap.
