serves 4 5 points per serving
4 skinless chicken thighs
flour mix;
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
put it in a bag, flour your thighs
cook in a sprayed skillet, for about 10-15 minutes they will finish in the oven
place cooked chicken in a dish top with 1 large onion sliced
2 cans of healthy choice French onion soup
2 cups light mozzarella shreds
put in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes
