Here is my version of Foul Medames/Fava Beans.
Ingredients:
Foul / Fava beans – 2cans
Garlic – 8 cloves
Green chilly – 4
Tomato, medium – 2
Black Pepper powder – 1tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Paprika powder – 1tbsp
Coriander leaves – a bunch
Spring onion – a handful
Olive oil – as required
Salt – to taste

Heat olive oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and green chilies to it.
Add Tomatoes and white part of the spring onion and let it cook completely.
Add the fava beans and add all the spice powders and combine well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and spring, mix it well.
Add in some more olive oil and give it a good mix.
Serve with Khubz and add some more olive oil and a tbsp of lemon juice to enhance the taste.
