@feastfortwo We love this baked sweet corn recipes and this corn ribs is vegan. So you can make it this for Father’s Day for a vegan meal celebration! We had baked these 2 contrasting flavours in a go, Smoked Paprika and Honey Vegan Butter flavours because they goes really well, together, with honey mustard sauce. Just be careful when you slice the corn cobs. (P/s: feel free to use ketchup-mayo or chilli mayo dipping, it matches too and you don’t have to go vegan if you don’t want to, we just happened to have both vegan butter and vegan honey mustard sauce.)
