✅ INGREDIENTS:
tsp = teaspoon; tbs = tablespoon
♥ 2 cans red beans (or 1 cup dry beans, cooked until soft)
♥ 3 paprikas
♥ 2 red onions
♥ 2-3 celery stalks
♥ ¼ cup (60 ml) tomato puree
♥ 1.5 tsp ground cumin
♥ 0.5 tsp chili (add more if you want more heat)
♥ 1 tsp paprika powder
♥ 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
♥ 0.5 tsp cinnamon
♥ 2 tbs soy sauce
♥ 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
♥ 1 tbs maple syrup (or 0.5 tbs sugar)
♥ Salt, pepper
♥ oil
Serve with rice (1/3 cup dried rice/ person)
I cook my rice in double volume of homemade vegetable stock + salt
Coriander leaves + tomatoes/red onion/salt + avocado/lime juice/salt
