Pinoy Style Sizzling Fish Sisig (Oman Blue Fish).
Ingredients:
Oman Blue Fish Tail
for the Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 lemon
1/2 onion
1 star anise
1 thumb sized ginger powder
some spring onions
some lemongrass
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
for the sizzling fish:
some cloves of garlic
1 lemon
3 chillis
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
50 grams mayonnaise
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 white onion
50 grams butter
1 egg
