FINGER LICKING FISH FRY MASALA Recipe| RESTAURANT Style Fish Fry With Palm Oil
Standard Ingredient:
650 grms basa fish/salmon/tilapia/cord/
1/4 cup vinegar for clean the fish
(Step1)
1st MARINATION FOR 15 to 20 MINUTES
1/4tsp turmeric – haldi
1/4tsp dry fenugreek – suki methi
1tsp thyme
1/2tsp salt – namak
5-6 fresh mint leaves – hra pudina
3-4 basil leaves – tulsi
1/2 slice fresh lemon- nimbu
(Step2)
2nd MARINATION FOR 1 to 2 HOUR:
1/4cup onion – pyaaz
1.1/2 inch raw turmeric – kachi haldi
1 inch ginger – adharak
5 garlic clove – lasun
1/2tsp fennel seed – soanf
1 habanero chilli (very very hot) or 3-4 green chilli – hri mirch
1/2 slice fresh lemon – nimbu
(Step3)
Tempering- Tadka
2onion – pyaaz
2tomato
3tbsp tomato paste
1 cup assorted fresh green leanes(mint-cilantro-mustard) – pudina-dhaniya-saron
1tbsp garlic – lasun
1tbsp ginger – adharak
2dry red chilli – sabat suki laal mirch
1tbsp origano
1tbsp paprika – kashmiri mirch
1/4tsp turmeric – haldi
1/4tsp black pepper powder – kaali mirach
1/2tsp curry masala
1tsp salt -namak
1/2cup water – paani
3-4tbsp palm oil
