Filled PEPPERS – paprika
6 small peppers
100 g rice
300 g of sliced meat
50 g smoked sausage
50 g of onion
50 g carrot
50 g parsnips
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of apples
10 basil leaves
pinch of rosemary
tbsp smoked paprika
pepper or chili
3 tbsp mascarpone
3 tbsp oil
100 g tomatoes
teaspoon salt
Bake in a preheated oven 1.5 hours at 180 C
