Hey ya’ll! Thanks for watching todays video. I hope this video motivates you to get some cleaning done today, or pushes you to try new healthy recipes. I am so ready for fall, and Tennessee has been getting crisp morning air all week. Hopefully this video puts you in the mood for some cozy fall weather.

Dinner Instructions:
Bake tilapia or your fish of choice in a greased pan on 375 degrees for 25 minutes or so. Depending on how well you like your fish cooked of course.

· Lemon juice or lemon slices

· Garlic powder, onion powder, and Paprika to taste

· Slices of butter on top of everything
( optional but adds a better flavor )
