In this video I head out for an evening fishing trip. I just put together a small outdoor kitchen that I will be using for catch and cooks on the beach! I decided to make some fennel beer mussels and sausage on the beach, It was so delicious. We didn’t catch much but we had a great time! Thanks for watching. Recipe in description!!!

Fennel Beer Mussels
4lb Mussels
1/2head Fennel, julienne
2bottles Wheat beer (or any)
2Tb Whole grain mustard
1stick Butter
( for sweating and finishing)
1 Shallot, julienne
1/4cup Parsley, chiffonade
1TB Garlic, minced
1 Lemon, Juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinated Zucchini
2 Green Zucchini, strips
2TB Red Wine Vinegar
2TB Olive Oil
1/2tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper
