It is indeed “The Year of the Pepper” as Dustin had hoped. We’ll show you how we made a small dent in our bumper crop of peppers as we smoked some Leutschauer Paprika Peppers and processed them into a fairly hot, dried spice. We also roasted sweet Ajvarski peppers and pressure canned them to enjoy later this winter. While we had the smoker fired up for the peppers, we also smoked some sea salt. Thanks for watching!
