This is a great Lobster Bisque Recipe from scratch! What you will need:
2 Lobster heads
1/2 lb butter
1/2 yellow onion, julienned
1/2 bulb of fennel, julienned
1 leek, julienned
3 cloves of garlic
3 oz tomato paste
4 oz all purpose flour
48 oz of all natural vegetable stock
1/4-1/2 cup of brandy or sherry wine
2 cups of heavy cream
Kosher Salt0 to taste
1 TBLSPN Spanish or Hungarian Paprika
