Soo today I want to share my stew green bean style Hungarian, Zöldbabfőzelék that is the name.

This Zöldbabfőzelék is so famous in Hungary and easy to cook.
It is one of quick menu in my family.

Let’s try or cooking at your home.

Ingredients :

450 g green bean
1 whole onion ( Chopped)
500 ml of water

4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp red chilli paprika
1 cup of water
1 tsp seasoning powder ( Optional )
4 tbsp sour cream

Salt to taste
Pepper
Chopped parsley
Hotdogs or Fried eggs
