Geoff demonstrates how to make this amazing sandwich, one of the best combinations ever! A play on the Shrimp Po’ Boy…. mixed with a play on the classic Banh Mi… This is a sandwich to die for!
Stuff you need to know:
Pickle Solution. Multiply solution as needed. Soak vegetables half hour before using, then drain a couple minutes before you use. If you make more than you need, just drain what you need.
1 cup vinegar
Optional: 1/4 cup pickle juice
1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Mayo: 3 parts mayo, 1 part seeded mustard, 1 part Sriracha. Multiply as you need. Spread liberally.
Garlic butter: 2 tbs butter to each clove of garlic. Multiply as you need.
Add parsley or coriander to pimp it up!
Prawn: Approx 8 medium prawns per sandwich. 80-100 grams per serve, depending on how generous you like your fillings!

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 ½ teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano
1 ¼ teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
