Hi Guys!

Almost weekend already, how time flies, hey.

We had a fun birthday gathering yesterday and had a cookout. Lucky the weather was beautiful.

We prepared all Hungarian meals, from the main to dessert, as the gathering was for a Hungarian’s birthday 😁

For today, I will be sharing what we had for one of the foods served, which was authentic Gulyasleves (Goulash) prepared on a cauldron 😍

1 bag of baby potatoes
2 handfull baby carrots
3 celery sticks
A bunch of parsley
3 garlic
1 small onion
2 tsp caraway seeds
3 bay leaves
3 tbsp sweet paprika powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 c vegetable oil
Tons of water (enough to add throughout the cooking time, adding as needed)
2.5 – 3 kg beef cubes
Vegeta powder or beef buillon to taste, if not just salt

Steps on the video!
