Wer hat nicht schon mal an einem Fest ein Langosch (ungar. Langos) gegessen- aber, dass kann man auch zu Hause herstellen- ganz einfach.
Rezept:
400g glattes Weizenmehl
1/4 L Wasser
40g Hefe (oder 1 Pkg Trockenhefe)
2 TL Salz
1 TL Zucker

Belag:
2 EL Öl
1 Knoblauchzehe
