In this vlog I share with you a recipe for Egyptian Goulash with Phyllo Pastry.
This is a traditional Mediterranean recipe that uses mince and phyllo and the mince can also be substituted for spinach and feta with the same spices, just don’t cook the feta with the spinach. Crumb it when layering the phyllo.
Ingredients:
6 sheets of thawed phyllo
500g beef mince
1 tsp rough salt
1 tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
2 tblsp tomato puree
250 ml milk
1 egg
1 tblsp flour
Pinch of sale
Pinch of black pepper
