A cozy delicious white beans stew with beet’s greens.

Ingredients:
2 Cups of dry white beans soaked over night
1 Can (28 fl oz) of diced tomatoes

2 TBSP tomato paste

2 to 3 stalks of celery
1 TBS minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped parsley

3/4 cup beet greens chopped up

5 small onions or half a medium one, chopped

Paprika
Dried herbs blend ( I use italian herbs)

Red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper
2 cups chicken stock or 1 cube chicken bouillon+2 cups of water

Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Dried onion flakes (optional)
