INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo of skinless chicken breast, sliced into desired size or shape
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of paprika powder

2 tbsp of olive oil
150g of sliced white mushrooms
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp of all-purpose flour
1 cup of chicken broth
200ml of heavy cream
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
200g of spinach leaves
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley
