Here’s an easy Mexican recipe for you today!! Tacos are great for a starter but we chose to have them for dinner as we totally loved how this turned out to be! Try out this easy recipe and tag me on Insta if you like it!!

Recipe:
Salsa:
Blitz two tomatoes, half onion, 1 TBSP of coriander leaves, a pinch of salt, 1 Tsp rosemary herb. Squeeze half a lemon into the mixture.
Chicken filling:
To a pan / kadai add 1 TBSP of butter, half chopped red bell pepper / capsicum, half chopped green bell pepper / capsicum, 1 and 1/2 onion roughly chopped.
Add 1 TBSP of onion powder, salt to taste, 1 TBSP of paprika powder, 1/2 Tsp of red chilli powder, 5 cloves of crushed garlic with skin on and 1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes.
Let the chicken cook and plate as shown in the video.
