In this video I’ll show y’all how to cook Panko Spam fingers, or (Spam fries). Spam sliced into the shape of fingers, or french fries, coated with seasoned Panko bread crumbs and deep fried until golden and crispy. This crispy deep fried Spam recipe is a tasty appetizer, or finger food that’s easy to make in minutes.

Shopping List:
1 can of Spam
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 cups Canola or vegetable oil
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. water or milk
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp.. dried parsley flakes
Salt to taste

Directions:
Heat the oil to 350 degrees.
Slice the Spam into about 12 equal size finger shapes.
Set up three bowls for the flour, beaten egg (add the water or milk to the egg) and Panko bread crumbs.
Season the flour with the paprika and black pepper. Season the bread crumbs with the parsley.
Dredge the Spam first in the flour then the egg then back in the flour then back in the egg and finally the bread crumbs. Make sure they are coated well.
When the oil has reached 350 degrees, add the coated Spam and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels or better, a wire rack.
Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
