In this video I am going to show you how to make easy restaurant style tandoori chicken on the stove top. No special kitchen tools need. This Tandoori Chicken recipe is very simple and takes only 1 hour from start to finish.

Ingredients:
4 pieces bone-in chicken
1 tbsp butter or ghee
1 tbsp olive oil
Marinations:
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp turmeric
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Garnish:
tomatoes
onions
green peppers
lime or lemon
