As simple as ABC
You need
1.Two eggs
2.Tomatoes,onions,coriander, potatoes, pepper
N/B you can use any vegetable of your choice,there is no restrictions about it.
đź“ŚGrate your potatoes
đź“ŚIn a pan add a little oil,add onions ,once translucent add the grated potatoes
đź“ŚAdd salt and paprika(you can use any other spice)
đź“ŚSautee until ready
đź“ŚIn a bowl whisk your eggs thoroughly,add a pinch of salt, the sauteed potatoes, tomatoes, pepper and coriander
N/B You can add the quantity of the vegetables as you like but don’t over do it
đź“ŚMix them all together
đź“Śheat oil in a pan
đź“ŚAdd the egg mixture
đź“Ś Spread it well
đź“ŚCover(it helps with fluffiness)
đź“ŚFlip
