You will need:
– Lobster tails (fresh or frozen, mine were frozen. You can defrost in the fridge or in ice cold water for 30 minutes or so)
– Garlic (fresh or powder, I am using powder – one clove per tail or one teaspoon per tail of the garlic powder)
– One teaspoon of paprika
– One tablespoon dried parsley
– Lots of butter – a couple of tablespoons of melted set aside
Combine two tablespoons of melted butter together with your garlic, paprika and parsley.
Carefully cut your lobster tails in half with a sharp knife.
Turn frying pan on to medium heat. Add your butter, around 2 tablespoons per tail and let it heat up.
(Set your oven to HIGH broil and let it preheat)
Sautรฉ on one side for around 3 minutes, depending on the size of your tails.
Flip and cook the other side for around 2-3 minutes as well. Add more butter if needed.
Transfer to an oven proof dish and brush with the melted butter, garlic, parsley mixture.
Place in the middle of your oven and broil for around 2 minutes but keep a CLOSE eye on them. Broiling can quickly go wrong ๐ฅ
Pull them out, plate them and pour the butter, garlic & parsley mixture from the (oven) dish onto your lobster and enjoy!
