We love lamb shanks. I buy the shanks from Costco. And the best way to make these shanks tasty is to season them 2 or 3 days prior to cooking. Before seasoning, I wash and poke them using stainless skewers, this way the seasoning goes right into the shanks.

Below are the ingredients used;

To season the shanks:

4 shanks
3 tablespoons liquid seasoning https://amzn.to/2XF6EQU
1 tablespoon Himalayan salt
3 tablespoons vinegar

Place in a freezer bag and refrigerate.

To cook shanks;

1 tablespoon oil
1.5 onions
1 paprika
6 tablespoons corn flour
400ml stock
1 celery stick
4 carrots
Fresh thyme
Bay leaves
5 garlic cloves
Thumb size Ginger
