This Meal was inspired by TheGoldenBalance. Today I tried out one of his recipes and I absolutely loved it! This is 100% going to be my new lunch meal! Please like, comment, and subscribe!
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tsp olive oil
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste (I did 1 tsp salt)
Sauce: (Optional)
1/2 a lemon’s zest and juice
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder (use fresh)
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup parsley OR cilantro
Took about 14 mins at 400
