Ingredients
Approx. 36 large shrimp, thawed, peeled+ deveined ( or prawns)
3 Tbsp, olive oil divided
2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook shrimp 1-2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside
In the same pan, add remaining 2 tsp olive oil and sliced garlic. Sauté garlic for 1 minute
Until browned. Stir paprika and honey, then add cooked shrimp back into the pan. Season with salt and pepper, as desired
Remove pan from heat and serve
