Ingredients

Shrimps (Deveined) 500 g
Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp

For the coating
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Cornstarch 3/4 cup
Eggs 2
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Paprika 1/2 tsp

For the sauce
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sri Racha/Hot Sauce 5 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce 3 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp

Oil for frying & Lettuce for garnishing
