Ingredients:
• 1.64 kg chicken breast (chopped)
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 liters water (depends on how much chicken you have)
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp black pepper (you can add as much or as little)
• 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
• 1 tbsp white pepper powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp oregano leaves
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp salt (to taste, you can add as much or as little)
• 1 tbsp mustard
• half lemon
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 6-7 cups flour
• a lot of water
• a lot of oil
Process:
1. In a big bowl add 1.64 kg chicken breast (chopped)
2. Add 2 tbsp white vinegar
3. Add 1 liters of water (depends on how much chicken you have)
4. Leave for 20 minutes then drain (we do this so the smell of the chicken goes away)
5. After 20 minutes, wash well
6. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp ginger powder, 1 tbsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp oregano leaves, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp mustard, squeeze half lemon, 1 tbsp soy sauce
7. Mix well
8. Leave for 2-3 hours
9. After 2-3 hours, coat in 6-7 cups flour
10. Soak in water (we do this so the chicken becomes crispy)
11. Coat in flour again
12. Cook in a lot of oil for 5-6 minutes ( on medium heat)
13. Cook until golden brown
14. Ready to be served 😁😊
