1tsp ground pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp oregano
1/2tsp salt
FILLING
chicken fillet – marinated with herbs mixture and fried in butter
red bell pepper + white onion – fried in butter
sweet corn kernels
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
flour tortillas
unsalted butter for frying
*dipping sauce of your choice, in this recipe I used ranch dressing
