Garlic Butter
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
200g butter
1/2 squeezed lemon

8 chicken breast
100g breadcrumbs ( …but I use psyllium husk for low carbs)
50g parmesan cheese
100g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp paprika
4 eggs
