Grocery list:
Chicken legs
Tumeric
Cumin
Dried parsley
Chicken bouillon powder
White wine
Chicken broth
Long grain rice (no boxed or bag rice)
Chicken seasoning:
1/2-1 tbs tumeric
1/2 tbs cumin
1 Tbs dried parsley
1 Tbs Adoba (green cap) optional
1 Tsp paprika or smoked paprika
1. *brown chicken on both sides then remove from pan*(do not cook all the way thru)
Yellow rice seasoning:
Add 1 cup white wine
Add 2 cups washed long grain rice
Add 3 cups chicken broth
Add 2 tbs chicken bouillon powder
Add 1 tbs dried parsley
Add 1/2 tbs tumeric
2. *Add white wine to deglaze the pan then add washed rice next add chicken broth and all seasonings
3. *Place in 400 degree oven for 40 mins
4. Garnish, plate & serve
