Its very easy and quick to prepare. Try it for yourself or for your loved ones and let me know what you think on the comments below. Its cheap, quick and easy to make! you can even use some leftovers from your fridge!

Ingredients:
1 big tomato
2 eggs
1 paprika (red, yellow or green)
Chives or Spring onion or Coriander
Butter or oil (your choice of oil)
1 tablespoon flour
Salt and pepper
