Potatoes: 2 big potatoes
Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Melted butter: 1/2 tablespoon
Extra light olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Onion: 1/2 of a medium size, finely sliced
Fresh dill: Moderate amount, finely chopped
Fresh thym: Moderate amount

Preheat oven at 218 degree celcius/424.4F
Total baking time: 25 minutes
Oven used: Counter top convection/fan-forced Delonghi 32 liter oven
