It’s #TastyTuesday with baby vegan nuggets! You can adjust the seasonings for more of a kick if this is for an adult or older child.
Ingredients
For the chickpea nuggets:
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1 can cooked chickpeas
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
* 1 teaspoon paprika powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard (yellow mustard like Dijon or French’s mustard)
* 3 tablespoons water
For the crust:
* 1cup panko bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup almond milk
