Butternut Squash Fill
1 whole butternut squash Small diced into roughly half inch cubes
1 onion small diced
1 cup shredded smoked cheddar
1TBS garlic Minced or two cloves
salt and pepper for seasoning
Vegetable oil or olive oil ( i use sunflower oil)
In bowl combine all ingredients and toss them until coated. Place in oven proof baking dish and bake in oven at 350F until sqaush is tender cooked all the way through. Roughly 20-25 minutes.
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tbs oil
1 tbs Cold water
pinch salt
on flat surface, make a well with the flour and crack eggs into it, add oil salt and mix with fork. Slowling incoperating flour as you mix the eggs. Keep going until starting to form a sticky dough.
Start kneading in the rest of the flour. knead for 10 minutes. Dough should be smooth and slightly elastic to the touch. Wrap tightly and place in fridge to rest for 20-30 mins.
Cream Sauce
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs butter
combine everything and bring to a simmer, and reduce down. Add more whipping cream if needed. Reduce until desired consistency.
